Refunds & Returns

Because each artwork I create is one-of-a-kind, returns and refunds are not accepted on original pieces such as:

  • Watercolor artworks

  • Ceramics

  • Custom pieces

However, returns are accepted for:

  • Wearable art such as resin rings or other non-custom jewelry, within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be returned in original condition, unused, and securely packaged.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

To request a return for eligible items, please email me at uncle_katya@yahoo.com with your order number.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. I will do my best to find a solution, which may include:

  • A partial refund

  • A replacement (only for reproducible items like rings)

For one-of-a-kind art, replacements may not be possible. However, I will assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider if eligible.
